The patient is a 50 year old woman who lost 25 pounds after having a lap band procedure. She also had multiple children in the past. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. She is seen 6 weeks postoperatively, still with some swelling of the abdominal wall, but with obvious and dramatic changes.
