The patient is a 27-year-old woman who developed extra skin and fat of the abdomen and love handles after pregnancy. She also had laxity (looseness) of the abdominal wall muscles. She presented for tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the love handles and upper abdomen and tightening of the abdominal wall muscles. She is seen three months after surgery with a tight and firm abdominal wall. Her incision can be seen in the photos, but is hidden in a bathing suit. The scar will fade considerably over the next one to two years. She also underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (buttock augmentation with her own fat), accounting for her firmer, shapelier butt on the side view.
