The patient is a 49-year-old woman with a persistent bulge of the abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She could not achieve a flat abdominal wall even with extensive exercise. She is seen four-and-a-half months after abdominoplasty with liposuction of the love handles and upper abdomen with a flat, youthful abdomen.
